If you have a complaint regarding Hope Global Recovery you should:

1. Let us know, as we do appreciate your feedback. Please email, write a letter or download the complaints form and inform us of the details of your complaint.

2. Please be as specific as possible regarding your concerns and how you believe we can resolve this matter to your satisfaction.

3. Hope Global Recovery Inc. will investigate your complaint and make every effort to ensure you receive a fair and prompt reply. We will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 30 business days and notify you if the investigation cannot be resolved within this time.

4. Hope Global is a signatory to the ACFID Code of Conduct and Provisional Member. The ACFID Code of Conduct is a voluntary, self-regulatory code that sets out an organisation's commitment to conducting its activities with integrity and accountability. Hope Global is committed to the code's high standards of sustainable development, governance and financial management. If you are concerned that Hope Global may not be complying with the ACFID Code of Conduct, then a complaint can be lodged via the ACFID website
