Team Updates

This is my first time to Rwanda and so far it has been amazing. The experience, people and conference has been a rich experience and it will be sad to leave. My team members are the best group of people. I knew no one before signing up for this trip and now I feel like I have another family. God has brought me here and He has blessed me abundantly. Aren't we lucky that we can leave everything up to God and He looks after us and organises us!

First day of training - the team is split between four locations. ICT training is happening inside them main cathedral. We are projecting against the wall and have the computers set up on small tables. The English training is being done in a room off the main cathedral. The English and ICT groups will swap over one and a half days. Each group has 24 participants. Early Childhood (EC) is happening in the Youth Centre and Train-the-Trainer EC is happening at the Sonrise Junior School. EC has over 100 participants. The team heads to bed tired but really excited about the day. All the participants have had a great time - most have travelled long distances.
